“This crispy paratha is filled withsweetened Malai (the thickened cream of milk), raisins and nuts. It is absolutely divine and one of the most memorable things I ate in Delhi.”

I’ve been to Delhi so many times, but I’ve never been to paranthe-waali gully :-/ The next time I go to Delhi, that’s where I’m heading first.
Also, oh god, hot real Indian food. It’s the only thing I really miss. I can’t believe I have to go without it for (more than?) a year!
I keep revisiting things that remind me of India - of Diwali, food, Colaba, roadside Dosa. I keep clicking “Random” on Kaash.
I want the malai paratha in the not-so-clean plate, so hot that I struggle to hold it. I want to wait for it to cool just a li’l bit, and bite into a big piece with all that cream and a couple of raisins.
I do this while I work on a presentation in a place that smells business. But its white and clean and quiet. This is nice too. Yes.
